Please note: Online booking closes three hours before the performance commences. Any unsold tickets will be available on the door prior to the show.

You will not be sent tickets. Instead you will receive an "e-ticket" by email (or by post if you do not have an e-mail address) which you must bring with you to the show.

Terms & Conditions of ticket sales

1.   All transactions financed via credit or debit card will incur a booking fee.  This fee is applied per transaction (as opposed to per ticket) and is levied in accordance with the sliding scale outlined below:
                 Transaction Value            Fee Due
                    Up to £25.00            10% (min 50p)
                    Up to £35.00                     9%
                    Up to £50.00                     8%
                    Up to £100.00                   7%
                    Up to £250.00                   6%
                    Up to £500.00                   5%
            Example: Spend £20 on tickets, the fee will be £2.00, Spend £100 on tickets, the fee will be £7.00

The fee will be clearly displayed on the ticket source website when you select your seats and before you complete your purchase

2.   If you book online or provide an e-mail address with your booking you will be sent a unique booking reference number and e-ticket via email.  If you do not have an e-mail, you will be posted your e-ticket.  You must bring your e-ticket with you when you come to see the show.

3.    Richings Players can not gaurantee admittance if you do not bring your e-ticket with you to the performance venue.  Richings Players cannot be held responsible for you losing your e-ticket.

4.    REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All tickets are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled in which case you will receive a refund. 

Exchanges for a different performance of the same show may be possible - and will be actioned soley at our discretion. If your ticket was purchased via credit / debit card it may only be possible to exchange the whole booking.
