All organisations inevitably involve some running costs but we try to keep these to a minimum.  The annual subscription supports the group and gives you the right to vote at the AGM and covers the cost of insurance. These annual subscription rates run from 1st June to 31st May each year.   Paid up active members will receive postal notifications of shows, flyers, newsletters etc as well as e-mail communications and a right to vote at the AGM or other General Meetings of the Society. Non-paid up members may still receive e-mail notifications but will not have voting rights. Annual Membership fees become due on 1st June each year.
